Business lofts in the center of Deinze
New, spacious and fully equipped business lofts for short or long term stays, including weekly cleaning and towel / linen services. The Raveel lofts are within easy walking distance from the city center, shops, sports facilities, restaurants and conveniently located near the train station (approx. 6 minute walk). Deinze station has a direct connection to Brussels airport and a 20-minute train ride will find you in the heart of Ghent / Bruges. Travelling by car, the close connection to the E17 is a plus: Ghent (20 min.), Kortrijk (20 min.), Bruges (20 min.), Brussels (1 h), Antwerp (1 h). Taxi shuttle services are available and can be arranged for you. Additional services (e.g. bike / vespa rentals) can be requested and may be subject to an additional charge. We are sure that the comfort of our Raveel Business Lofts will appeal to business travelers or expats.
BUSINESS CONDITIONS
How does it work?
1. Booking options: Week-rentals or month-rentals. A proforma invoice along with the rental proposal will be sent to your e-mail address. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address after receipt of the payment. Please note that payments must be arranged before the start of the rental period.
2. Deposit: A € 500 deposit is required. The deposit will be returned by wire transfer after a full check. In case of damages to the loft/furniture/amenities, a cost estimation will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Cancelation policy: Raveel Lofts offers a flexible system. Bookings can be canceled at no extra charge up to 1 week before the rental date in case of the week-tariff and 1-month in advance for the month-tariff.
4. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in: a meeting at the loft will be set and keys and necessary info will be given. Check-out: preferred check-out day is on Friday by 11am.
